Meet Becca
Becca is a client centered therapist who finds it important to meet each client where they are at. Together, she will collaborate on the goals that clients are working on & how to reach them. Therapy can look so many unique and wonderful ways, all in pursuit of healing and improved well-being.
Becca is passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults through a variety of areas, such as anxiety, depression, self-identity, and more. Find yourself just not feeling quite right? Looking to heal old wounds or build up your ability to handle stressors? Feeling overwhelmed or stuck as a parent? There’s nothing wrong with you but you do deserve to feel better. Through a relational lens (another way to say that the relationship is important in the therapeutic space and is used to do some of the healing work) and other focused modalities let’s work together to get you where you want to be.
As an addition to the clinical work, Becca provides parent coaching. She takes your expertise on your child and lived experience and her training/ education to address concerns related to anxiety, emotional regulation, or behavioral concerns. Becca is also trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) which is a parent program for children who are experiencing anxiety & OCD.
Becca received her Master’s of Social Work from Loyola University with a Child & Family Specialization. Outside of the therapy space, she loves tending to her garden, playing video games, and spending time with loved ones.
