Transitioning away from home, managing class schedules, and navigating social relationships can present with unforeseen challenges. College is a time to grow and expand and therapy can be a place to troubleshoot skills and gain outside perspective.
College students come to therapy with a lot of strengths- you made it this far after all! Our work looks at building on your strengths and navigating new challenges with curiosity, humor, and growth in mind.
