Navigating insurance benefits can be tricky. Bloom & Balance is in network with the following PPO plans:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• United Health Care

• Aetna

We are not in network with any HMO plans at this time. If your insurance is not listed or if you are not sure if we accept your plan, please feel to reach out with any questions.

If you are not utilizing in network benefits, the following are our current private pay rates:

• Intake session: $200

• Ongoing 50-55 minute session: $175

If finances are a barrier, there is a limited amount of sliding scale spots available. Please inquire via our contact form and indicate sliding scale to learn more. We can also provide a superbill if you are using out of network coverage.

As part of the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for out of network services. The GFE is based on information known at the time the estimate was created and does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment.
